Terms of Service

Fairline is operated by FairLine LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company with its principal office at 2389 Main St. Ste 100, Glastonbury, CT 06033 ("Fairline," "we," "us"). By creating an account, using fairline.io, or connecting Fairline to another application (including an AI assistant), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fairline is an analytics service. It compares sportsbook and exchange prices against its own model projections. It also publishes a graded record of those projections. Fairline shows the model's own break-even fair price beside the current price at each book it tracks. All figures are estimates for informational and entertainment purposes.

Fairline is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, or gambling operator. It does not accept, place, broker, or execute wagers, and it does not handle wagering funds. Fairline is not affiliated with any sportsbook or exchange, and nothing on the service is financial, investment, or betting advice.

Fairline can email you about the games you follow. If you turn those emails on, Fairline sends them until you unsubscribe. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also turn the emails off on your Settings page.

You must be 21 or older, or the legal sports-wagering age in your state, whichever is higher. FairLine is offered to residents of the United States. If you choose to place bets with third parties, you are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including its legal wagering age and whether sports betting is lawful there at all.

Accounts are provided through our sign-in provider. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Fairline sells one subscription that covers the whole site. Fairline Monthly costs $9.99 per month. Fairline Annual costs $78 per year. Both plans give you the same access. Clerk Billing runs the checkout and Stripe processes the payment. Fairline never sees your card number.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. The trial requires a card up front. We charge that card automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

You can cancel at any time. Your Settings page has a "Manage or cancel subscription" button that opens your billing page. Your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund a partial month on a monthly plan. On an annual plan, email support@fairline.io. We will refund the whole months you have not used. Stripe processes every refund.

We may change our prices. We will tell you before a new price applies to your next renewal.

Fairline offers integrations that let other software act on your account with your permission, including a remote MCP connector for AI assistants such as Claude. When you authorize a connected application, actions it takes through your account (for example, reading the boards and prices your account can see) are treated as your own actions. The connector also checks your subscription status, so a connected application sees only what your plan covers. Data a connected application retrieves on your behalf is handled by that application under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. You can revoke a connected application's access at any time from the application's own settings.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or republish Fairline data or projections as a product or data feed;
• scrape the service, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or probe or disrupt our infrastructure;
• reverse engineer the models or use the service to build a competing dataset;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose, including wagering where it is not lawful for you.

The service, including its models, projections, software, design, and content, belongs to FairLine LLC or its licensors. The "Fairline" name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission. Sports data is derived from free public sources; team names and marks belong to their owners. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own non-commercial purposes.

Projections are calibrated statistical estimates, not predictions of outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and nothing on the service is a promise of profit. Odds and prices shown may lag the sportsbook or be wrong. Sports betting carries real risk of loss; any betting decision you make, and its consequences, are yours alone. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairLine LLC and its members, officers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost wagers, or lost data, arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for all claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold FairLine LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a dispute with Fairline, please contact us first at legal@fairline.io so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you and Fairline each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Either party may instead bring an individual claim in the small claims court of the county or judicial district where you live, if the claim qualifies for that court.

You may stop using Fairline at any time. You can delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service, and we may discontinue the service or any feature. Sections 8 through 13 survive termination.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FairLine LLC about the service. You may not assign them; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
